The purpose of this project was to design a retail outlet mall on a forty acre site in Robeson County, North Carolina that would provide a dynamic and dramatic place for a unique shopping environment. Working closely with the developer and landscape architect, a unique and clean image for the mall was realized early in the design process. The architecture, landscape design and detailing emphasized a stream line high tech modern approach. The scope of work on the project involved all phase of design as well as the technological requirements for nine buildings. |
